Penny Johnson Jerald is the Medical Officer Dr. Claire Finn in the Sci-fi series "Orville". It's a Star Trek type series that takes a lighter look. It won't be for everyone but we are enjoying it. Here is an interview of Penny about her role as the Doc.

I wasn't sure how I was going like this show, since Seth McFarlane is more known for slapstick/fratboy type humor. The show has been surprisingly enjoyable. We like it a lot.
