I love Alan saying "it's presented in wide screen" and Nathan's reaction. I've never seen ConMan but I'll definitely catch it now that it's coming to SyFy. |

I'm anxious to find out what you think of it. I haven't seen season 2 yet. Hoping I enjoy it more than season 1.

I've only seen season 1 also, and I found there were some hilarious scenes but there were also a lot of things that left me meh. I think that season 2 might have more of Nathan in it because they were able to do some of the imaginary syfy show, Spectrum. I'll likely watch it if I get the chance.

I was part of the crowd funding for the original season 1. I paid enough to get to download the season. It was OK. I hope season 2 was better. I did see parts of season 2. I have it programmed to record so I will probably watch it all now. PJ had a booth at the Phoenix Comic Con and I did chat with him a little as he was setting up the booth. He has been going to many of the Cons this year. I made one of my puzzles from a picture he posted of the Spectrum ship stuff that was made by Jason Palmer. It looks like the SyFy channel will be showing Con Man on Saturday, Sept. 9th. They're showing the Firefly movie, Serenity 7:30pm - ET Then Con Man starts after that at 10:05pm - ET, and it looks like they're showing several episodes in a row. I'm not sure if it's all of season 1 because I don't know how long each web episode was, but the Con Man episodes will be played straight through, ending at 1:25am, and then they reshow Serenity again. I've already got my Tivo set up to record it.  |

Okay, I had recorded Con Man season 1 when it aired on SyFy and I finally finished watching it.
All I can say is…ugh.
Although it started off kind of funny, it just grew weirder and sadder as it went on. They kept insisting that they weren’t making fun of the people who attended cons, but it sure felt like they were doing just that. Even the clips of Nathan and Alan’s commentary grew tedious by the end.
If this was all I had to go on, I don’t think I’d ever attend a con, or visit LA!
Has anyone watched season 2? Is it any better?

I eventually watched all of season 1 but it left me with no desire to continue. There were some funny bits but overall, it just wasn't my kind of humor.
