I'm not sure if we have any members who have been caught in the path of this horrible storm, but I hope everyone here at PFJ is safe and well.

We survived Hurricane Sandy here on the east coast a few years back. I'm not near the coast, so although there was flooding in my area, many places got hit much worse, but it was nothing nearly as catastrophic as we're seeing down in Houston.

I know we have a couple of members in Texas, so please check in if you have the chance and let us know that you're okay.

I like the Salvation Army and St. Vincent DePaul for donations. I think more goes to people and not administration.
