LoL! I actually didn't catch Castle's comment about snakes on the plane. Good review.
One thing that bothered me was that the passenger jet continued on to England. Isn't the standard protocol be to turn the airliner around and have it intercepted and escorted by fighter jets with a death on board especially of the air marshall? Furthermore, once the FBI was involved (I'm guessing that a fingerprint match on a search by the NYPD would have been flagged not to mention Iron Gates would have made the phone call), with the suspected terrorist on board and a dead body, wouldn't Homeland Security, TSA, and England be notified? I doubt Heathrow would have allowed that flight anywhere near their coastline. That's just a severe suspension of reality in a post 9/11 world that leaves me wondering exactly who is in charge of this show. Didn't anybody asks these questions when the script was being reviewed? I know, I know. Don't ruin the show with my logic.
Molly was great. Glad she got the chance to do more. Loved her working with Lanie even if it was only over the phone.
Favorite scene: Javi watching Beckett watching Flight 57 online. That was powerful: hope, despair, dread, helplessness.

Agree with your points about Castle and Alexis always talking with Kate over speakerphone....good way to tip off the suspect as to how their investigation was progressing. And I also found it a bit much that Debbie was the killer....it was a bit of a stretch to go from being angry about the airline's actions to killing a federal marshal. But overall I did enjoy the episode.
