Okay, so. Our oldest graduated from college this past Saturday. The speaker was a congressman, and his speech was on VERITAS. No kidding. Truth. How incredible that someone in politics would speak on truth. It was fantastic! And every time he would use "Veritas" instead of the word "truth", I had to smile. And I'll bet Kate would've, too.  |

Isn't that funny how things or moments or scenes from Castle find their way to us in real life. I always feel like we are right in the script there with them and a day or two later you stop and think how many times you may have been in that particular situation and how you dealt with it.
Castlekat that is a great story... Thanks for sharing .

Okay, so. Was funning around with my mom today. As I'm pulling into Tim Horton's to grab us coffee, I see this SUV pass me. The back window says, "SK"... yanno, like "HH" would be for "Hilton Head". So yeah, I am not even thinking what geographical location that could represent... my mind right away said, "Stana Katic".  |

Nathanfan said I should post this here.
Just had a cute little Boy complete his Jr. Ranger book and get sworn in as a Jr. Ranger. His name was Nathan. I told him one of my favorite actors was named Nathan. Dad chimed in and told me he was named after Nathan Fillion. I had to show them my selfie with Nathan after that. I was able to talk Castle with the parents. Made my day.

Absolutely love this story, Tycho! They named their kid after a great role model. I also had to chuckle about you showing them your selfie with Nathan. When we gathered in St. Louis this summer, I was telling everyone that I don't have a single picture of any of my grandsons in my wallet but I most certainly DO carry my pic of all of us with Nathan everywhere I go! Priorities!!!!!!!!  |

A young lady sitting in the pew in front of me at church last week looked very much like the young Molly Quinn that we saw in "Flowers For Your Grave". And then that was all I could think about all during the service! |

My bride is watching a DVR'd show and as I was walking by her she paused the TV and asked, "Who's the other ME in Castle, not the woman?"
I replied, "Perlmutter."
She then pointed to a person on the TV and said, "That's his real name! Dr. Perlmutter."
She was watching "Untold Stories from the ER".
As I just stepped out to verify the name of the show she added, "Yeah, and they call him 'Dr. P'."
I wonder if anyone in his family watch's Castle?

I know I've shared this before, but it still cracks me up. I was grocery shopping and was walking down the aisle looking for the tuna. I saw a label that said Deming on a can of salmon. My first thought was "I wonder if Beckett knows that Deming owns a salmon canning company." That was when I truly knew I had OCD.
