Lifetime is showing Sister Cities scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 17th from 8pm to 10pm ET.
They are reshowing it later that night at midnight.
So far, I can see Lifetime's schedule through Saturday, Sept. 24th and I'm not showing Sisters Cities being reshown again but if I spot it I will post it here.

Tonight's the night folks. If you have LifetimeTV, tune in or set your DVRs for Sister Cities!
On the east coast, it is showing at 8pm and then being reshown at midnight.
Also, if you record, you may want to add a couple of minutes to the end. I show it is running 2 hours and 2 minutes long.

I was able to watch it on my phone. We are camping at a State Park in Southern Oregon in the mountains. I was very pleased to see some bars appear just as we got over the mountains. Hubby was happy as he was able to watch the 2nd half of his Nebraska team beat The Ducks.
I think I missed a few minutes at the beginning. I liked the movie but felt that they list a few pages of dialog and scenes due to budget? Interesting topic. Stana was very good. All of the sisters did a good job. I recognized all of the actors except the Mom.

I thought the movie wasn't too bad. I did like the interactions between all the sisters, and felt like they could've explored it a little more. All the actresses did a good job. Stana did well, although I'm so used to seeing her act with some humor that it was kinda weird watching her so serious.
