Day and times for viewing parties

We have always had the viewing parties on Mondays since Castle WAS Monday viewing always. But now that we are doing our own viewing parties I was wondering if another day would allow more people to participate. 
Can people leave suggestions for another day or time that might work better? If not we will keep them on Mondays.

Summer is just an unpredictable time for me. I guess I'd say that Monday - Thursday are the best evenings and that knowing ahead of time helps so I don't make other plans.
