I am sorry to hear that. I wonder if Chad will still be on the team? Maybe they want to write alone to have more opportunity to improve? She will be missed.

Oh my. Well that is not happy mother's day news.  I have no doubt she'll get work elsewhere but it's definitely a loss for Castle fans. |

It appears she'll be on the writing team at the CW's hit show Jane the Virgin. She says she starts work there this week so this must have been in the works for a while. Very sad to see her go but I wish her all the best. Castle's loss is definitely Jane the Virgin's gain.

Just a guess but since the future of Castle was not assured until recently, she may have started looking at other opportunities and found one she liked. I've heard great things about Jane the Virgin but haven't had the time to watch. Maybe I'll binge watch it this summer because of Dara.

I've heard great things about Jane the Virgin but haven't had the time to watch. Maybe I'll binge watch it this summer because of Dara. My niece watches it. She thinks its pretty good. I watched a minute of it, not for me. |

Glad to see we will still have a Creasey writing for Castle. They both had great solo episodes this spring. they are both gifted writers. Probably more stable to write for 2 shows in case one is not renewed?
