Here is information about the Season 8 DVD set. I don't think many will rush out to get this but I do want to complete my set. Looks like the game in the room has been added as a bonus. It might be fun?

My protest to ABC...

This was a very unprofessional season and the year ABC destroyed the character of Kate Beckett and then turned their back on Stana....

And when did Rick become a full blown private eye? Many times they brought up the fact that he was a great writer and if 13 minutes of "together" time per episode brings you sizzling romance...well... I just don't even want to talk about it.

I bought the series finale on ITunes and that's all they get from me. I am bitter and I feel ABC owes us all a big apology for the wrongs that just can't be made right.

I loved this show but hated this season...sounds like a country song.

There is a reason I haven't bought the DVDs since S5 (so disappointed the way the series regressed), although I did get the iTunes pass for each season after that. The extras included in the DVD sets aren't enough for me to purchase them. What a shame ABC and TPTB ruined a perfectly good show. Thanks for nothing!

I own seasons 1 through 7 but I refuse to buy season 8. There's just nothing there I want to rewatch. If they ever release the entire series on dvd, I may consider it, especially if it has some interesting extras but season 8 is something I'm happy to forget.

I know a lot of people pre-ordered , but I wish the fans would fire one last shot and refrain from purchasing season 8 for 1 year....

I am still trying to decide what LokSat was all about and why Rick even found out about it and why Kate had to abandon her now Private Eye husband and sleep in the abyss of a shattered marriage decision that caused the sun to hide and prompted us to contemplate just how broken-hearted we really were. Frustration reigned supreme as week after week we were disappointed by the characters, the writers the show runners and a Network that had Spin Off on the tips of their tongues.

The one I really feel sorry for is Stana....she was lucky enough to have Marlowe allowing her to handcraft the Beckett character, much like a full bodied, yet complex summer brew. We could taste the brilliance amidst this melancholy existence that she shared with us. And how she grew...amazing and in spite of herself, she allowed herself the indulgence of falling for a guy who she wanted so badly to run from. We saw the looks, we shared the banter, we cried for her mother, we shot Coonan, we arrested Bracken and in between we shared the greatest tv make out moment , under a stake out pretense no less, and we still get goose bumps just thinking about it, because Stana knew that we all had a kiss like that and she sold it so well.
Beckett was so flawed and so triumphant that you cheered for her one minute and hated her the next .....but then show runners destroyed Kate Beckett....I don't think we really believed she was 100%sold about coming home because as she was talking to a skeptical Rick she was talking to a skeptical Kate as well ....how brilliant ...how sad...

This show should have gone 10 seasons... EASY!!!!
So I can't buy season 8 ....it just wasn't very good.....

I think sales will be down for season 8' I might wait to see it on the sale take at Target on Black Friday for$2

I haven't bought the DVD after Season 3 merely because they stopped having Portuguese subtitles. I record the DVD myself. So, I won't be buying season 8, but I do have the episodes in my tv box. Nevertheless, I always look forward to seeing the bloopers and deleted scenes in YouTube. :-)
