I am from Pittsburgh, PA so naturally I am a Pittsburgh Penguins fan. We have been out of the playoffs for a while but I totally agree the playoffs are awesome to watch. I am still watching them and they have been unbelievable!! Yes! This was another double overtime game. I almost feel bad saying how tired I am (it's after midnight here) just from watching because I can't even imagine how the players must feel!

I remember a few years back when the Red Wings were in the playoffs. The team used to set up a video feed to Joe Louis Arena for the road games; it was called JoeVision. We were there one night, can't remember what year or who they were playing, when the game went triple overtime before the Wings finally won it. I think it was like almost 2 a.m. before the game ended. Our local ABC affiliate shows Castle repeats at midnite on Saturdays and Sundays, so I was flipping back and forth between Castle and the game last night. Caught that winning shot in the 2nd OT during a Castle commercial break. Really hoping for a Rangers/Blackhawks final.

Last year the away games were broadcast on a giant screen in Bryant Park in NYC. I live outside of the city and Bryant Park is one of my favorite spots. I couldn't make it last year but I'm hoping (if it all works out) to pull together some of the girls I went to high school with who are all hockey fans and take the train into the city to see a game at the park. Lots of things have to fall into place for that to happen but most importantly...the Rangers have to make the finals!

Both the Eastern and Western conference battles will go all the way to game 7. No one can say these playoffs haven't been exciting! I'm hoping for a NY / Chicago showdown. Fingers crossed.

Well, now we know who we've got in the finals. I have to say, as a NY Rangers fan, that final game was painful to watch but I'll admit that Tampa Bay played some awesome hockey. So now we wait for Wednesday when Tampa Bay faces off against Chicago. Whoever ends up with the cup, I'm sure we'll see some great hockey along the way.

Just curious as I sit here watching Tampa Bay vs Montreal...any hockey fans around here? I'm a New York Rangers fan and was thrilled with last night's win. I also find myself rooting for the Tampa Bay Lightning. I'm afraid that the only Hockey game I watched all the way through was "The Miracle On Ice" (USA vs USSR)

I'm calling it now ... Chicago in 6. Lol. I would like to see Chicago win, I think I'm behind them more than I would be behind the Lightning.
So go 'Hawks!!

Yes you did tefla! I was rooting for Tampa Bay but congrats to all the Chicago Blackhawks fans. It was a great series. My favorite part, as always, is when both teams line up to shake hands at the end. Great hockey and great sportsmanship. Makes the loss a little easier to take.
