First numbers in are Top 25 markets. Castle with 1.1 (often this number is lower than the final number). Blindspot was also 1.1

Early numbers, not surprisingly, show an uptick. !.3 demo and 7.76 million viewers. Blindspot 1.3/5.39.

But I think it was because of the Castle finale that some folks didn't tune in to Blindspot. I do enjoy that show, and boy, it's finishing this season with a bang! I have not yet watched last night's ep, but will do so tonight with hubs. Can't wait! That's interesting about the time slot change. It's now moved to the same time as Arrow. And I watch that, too, on CW. hahahaa... All good!

And I don't think Blindspot will get cancelled. Not yet. Can't wait to get more answers! Crazy story line - genius, really! castle88 ... as always, thank you for the numbers!

I am surprised there was any question about renewing Blindspot. They were the#1 show on Monday night all season. They had great writing and interesting mysteries to solve every week. I have enjoyed this show and looked forward you watching out more than Castle this season. I thought they named it the top new show for the season? Sent from my SM-N910V using proboards

Sorry for the delay on final numbers. Castle 1.3 in the demo and 7.65 million viewers. Blindspot 1.3/5.27. FYI, Castle was doing about a 1.6/1.7 for L+3 and 1.8/1.9 for L+7. Seems to me if ABC Network and ABC Studios could have figured this all out, there was still some life in the show. Here is an interesting article about why shows are renewed/cancelled. Castle is discussed toward the end. www.vox.com/2015/5/26/8646631/tv-shows-canceled-cancellation
