Why is Hayley allowed to even touch that laptop let alone work on it for the NYPD who has some of the best tech specialists in the world! Hayley is still officially a suspect! Even if she is innocent, won’t this taint any evidence found on the laptop for the case? Good point. |

Hayley is still a suspect in a Federal Terrorism investigation. It just feels like they didn't cut Castle this much slack when 3XK set him up for murder but for Hayley they're letting her tag along and handle evidence.
