So which one of you gets the house? LOL This was my favorite line even though the row between the boys was difficult to watch because I disagree with the arc. Kevin Ryan would never shoot at a silhouette nor would he publicly argue with Esposito, leading to this question. Castle 3.0 seems to be about manufactured angst between partners for comedic effect or drama. Funny as heck though.

I know I might be in the 1% who thinks this. But who else thought that, if this is to be the last season, that the season or series finally whould be he episode we find out that Castle and Beckett will be adding a new addition to the Castle household. Just think we all could look back to 8x07 and celebrate the conception of little Castle. LoL! Didn't even think about that. Quite possible.

What bothers me is that Vikram has conspired with Kate to keep Castle out of the loop. Rick knows something and Vikki doesn't want to share Kate with him. Imagine telling someone's wife you shouldn't go out to dinner with your husband? Something just is not right here. He is so worried that Rick is going to put 2 and 2 together. Well Vikki, you better hope and pray you are not involved, because if Rick does put it all together, you become a marked man who somehow lands a job with NYPD and steals your wife's outside life and husband away from her. Who better to track down Vulcan Simmons drug money? Rick is brilliant...smarter than all of them and his theories on that level are almost always right. You need creative thinking to take down a government. Vikki is smart, but Rick plays outside the box so well. I guess for the greater good, this has to be like business as usual, so we all will never know what happened.
I am keeping a close eye on Vikki the wonder dog. I hope Kate is pregnant too.

I also feel Vikram has a double agenda. Don't trust him.

I also feel Vikram has a double agenda. Don't trust him. How is Vikram still alive and working at the precinct? Nobody gets shot or killed at the 12th, right?

kman and avidfan - I too, wonder if Vikram is somehow working as a double agent. Actually, I hope he is. I so wanted to hit him when he tried to stop Caskett's dinner date. Exactly how long is Kate suppose to put her marriage on hold for an investigation that's moving at a snail's pace and is it moving that slowly because of Vikram?

I do not trust Vikram and just wasn't comfortable with him when he first showed up. I guess we'll see.

Actually this was the first ep all season that left me wanting more. I think reading that text means he's going to find out what's going on and then she won't be able to use secrets to tell herself she's keeping him safe. Honestly, I was just thrilled to have them sharing scenes. It made me hopeful for next week. I rewatched it and I realized hat I was angry because I wanted more too and I wanted her to want to stay. Kate has a way of detaching herself sometimes from the moment or even the truth...and although we were treated to the best moment of the season, she bolted and the look of frustration on Rick's face was very noticeable.. I wanted so much more.....But CHA CHA....WHAT A SCENE! I loved this episode but Kate's parting words and her demeanor disappoint me. It's as you say, she detaches herself....compartmentalizes things, closes herself off, shuts down almost.

Exactly how long is Kate suppose to put her marriage on hold for an investigation that's moving at a snail's pace and is it moving that slowly because of Vikram? So you're saying Vikram is the Dragon's partner. By ingratiating himself to Beckett and making her dependent on him for research, she has to give him access to the NYPD's database. This gives him some access to information that he may have lost since his days with the AG or if he still has a backdoor, it gives him additional info. With this access, Vikram can alter information and research his competition in order to eliminate them all while under the protection of and operating at the 12th. He has no need to kill Kate as long as her PI husband isn't snooping around because the big risk is if she goes home and rediscovers her vows, she may come up with the idea to have Castle help him with the investigation and the last thing Vikram wants is someone looking over his shoulder. When the time comes and he no longer needs the 12th, he'll lure Kate away on an investigation, have her caught, used, and sold into slavery while he fakes both of their deaths. The city will mourn their lost daughter, Castle loses his wife, and the operation continues elsewhere. What Vikram and Beckett don't know is that Castle saw the text. He will use his PI skills to uncover a discrepancy with the information Vikram is feeding Beckett. Castle will run into his father or perhaps his step mother or both, they will go after Vikram. He will rush to push his escape plan ahead, kidnap Kate, make a mistake, and end up getting shot and killed. There will be a reunion at the loft. Everybody cheers and the season ends with Kate holding up a pregnancy test but we don't get to see the color. Great thought ProudTVJunkie!
