It's nice that she acknowledged her fans despite her earlier comment about going "radio silent." I'm not at all surprised that she'll be doing a movie during the hiatus and I'm glad that she is because it gives her that different creative outlet after a long season of Castle. All of this feels to me like she's coming back.  |

All of this feels to me like she's coming back. Agree she is coming back. I keep thinking why have a wedding right after filming ends, a few days before filming a new movie, if you have all the time in the world after filming the movie. |

Glad to have Stana's tweet and to hear of her new movie, as well as to wish her and Kris well--and to tweet appreciation that she is making this, new film and of her work on CASTLE with ATP and CHLA!!!

I am glad she is married and is working on a film. Good for her. If she signs and comes back to Castle for season 8, there is always the possibility that she is working on a baby as well. Now that would make season 8 interesting and fits right into the storyline.

I too feel confident that she will return. She has always had such agency with Kate beckett as a character, and deep respect the fandom of this show, and I really don't belive she would want the show to end this way.
I still think that she was using all the hubbub over not having signed a new contract yet as a smokescreen so nobody would notice she flew off to Croatia to get married. I don't blame her one bit.
It is sad that certain elements of her celebrity status made her feel it was necessary to do that, but I can see the necessity of it if she wanted to keep her wedding as a private affair beteween her and her husband.
I wish her all the best.
