S4, Ep12 16 Jan. 2012 Dial M for Mayor When a woman is found murdered in her car, Beckett and her team's investigation leads them directly to City Hall... specifically to the Mayor, Robert Weldon, who happens to be a friend of Castle's, which could also jeopardize Castle's continued involvement with the NYPD. www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=07bf227ec3a0

In all honesty, this was one of the few shows that season that did nothing for me. I can't recall any particularly memorable scenes and I don't think I watched it more than twice.

This was Christine Boyland's first episode that she wrote. It was good but missing some of the spark that we were use to at the time. This was the start of the idea that they they would need to be apart to protect each other? The phone sex idea was an interesting twist. I think we saw a few actors who didn't show up in the credits on the phone as they walked to the office at the phone banks.
