What I don't understand is why are they continuing to get votes on a pole for 2017? Time to move on to 2018?

I guess they are naming by year just completed. Of course that then raises the issue of all the different ending dates. It is not like they have much more to do producing a 'final' report much like my 'selected category' interim reports. Their data collection system likely creates reports with just a few key strokes.

Then again, maybe there is no logic to it at all.
