I know NPH isn't Castle related, but sort of Nathan Fillion adjacent given they both starred in Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog.
It's a great cause (preventing babies from contracting AIDS) and for only a $10 donation you could win a trip to NYC and a day hanging out with Neil Patrick Harris. Sounds like a win/win to me.
