This fanfic is fascinating. It was 'Winner of the 2013 12th Fan Awards, Best Romance'. Castle's journal covers episodes from 1.01 thru 5.24. There are 100 letters. “Spiral Bound” by Dmarx: There were so many things he wanted to say to her, but that wasn't a part of their relationship. This was my introduction to the world of fanfic and is still one of my all-time favorites. It's an AU story of how they met years earlier at a book signing and how their relationship developed over the years in between then and FFYG. www.fanfiction.net/s/7176396/1/Of-Finding-InnocenceI have not had nearly enough time to read all the fanfic out there, but I have also read quite a bit of shutterbug's stuff, and it's pretty good. I'd recommend catching up on his stories as well.
Now let me also put in a plug for Shutterbug, his stories, as long as they don't include aliens (  ) are top notch. You should also check out Kiwiocd, DMarx, Lord of Kavaka (I love his Alexander and Jane), Swordwriter, Docnerd89 (Making the Call is another of my all time fav's). Oh heck, check me out on FF and see what stories are my favorites. Oh, and please, everyone, read The Chair by ThePossibilityOfMagic. It is quite possibly the best written story out there.

I heartily concur with your choice Motown...I was writing Is Forever Possible when Emma was writing Of Finding Innocence and I actually blamed her for being late with one of my chapters. She wrote me back and said "You really did! You blamed me!" Her story is one that I would re-read from the beginning with each new chapter, it is still one of my all time favorites.

I'm reposting this because I can't believe I posted it earlier without the link! The Bedroom Conversation Series by SparkleMouse Summary: A series of bedroom - and maybe a bathroom and deck and other locations near a bedroom- conversations between Beckett and Castle in the first year or so of their relationship. I really enjoyed this. Every chapter (there are 9) is a separate conversation between Caskett starting a few weeks after "Always" and moving forward as their relationship progresses. I am reading "the plan" again. I loved this story when it came out. It will be interesting reading it again with new perspective. And I absolutely loved it, one of the best fanfics I've read.
